30-second to 5-minute moves
Quick moves drawn from the founder's curriculum. Use them when the moment calls for it — they live as full lessons inside the courses.
Use when: you're triggered and about to do something you'll regret
Pause → Observe Emotions → Observe Context → Empathize → Verify → Update → Recalibrate. Two minutes that prevent irreversible mistakes.
Use when: your mind is racing and you can't focus
Write everything in your head onto paper — thoughts, worries, to-dos, half-formed ideas — without organizing. Clears mental noise in about 5 minutes.
Use when: you're drained and don't know why
Check each of your 5 batteries (mental, emotional, social, physical, sensory) and rate them 1–10. The lowest is usually the source.
Use when: you're avoiding something important
Run through the 14 forms of self-sabotage. Identify which one is active right now. Then ask: which battery, if regenerated, would soften this pattern?
Use when: an old plan isn't working anymore
Name what changed. Honor the previous decision (it made sense then). Find the smallest viable new move. Tell the people the plan affects.
Use when: you're about to start a 'rest' activity
Ask: 'After this, will the situation still be there in the same form?' If yes and the activity doesn't address it, it's escape. Add one small step toward what you've been avoiding.
